BIG Ask PTA Fundraiser = Big SUCCESS!

Fundraiser Thermometer Tracks Goal Reached Success
We would have been excited to reach our goal of raising $7000, but instead we are ECSTATIC to report that we, the Dryden community, raised $10,335! With your incredibly generous donations, we are going to be able to continue our current programs, and we also are looking forward to adding new opportunities for Dryden’s families. It is such a gift to have our children in a school where the staff and families are so committed to each child’s elementary experience.

ABC/25: Be a Part of Something Great!
Ever wonder where those Osmos, BeeBots, Maker carts and Lego Walls came from? Grants made possible by the ABC/25 Foundation!

The ABC/25 Foundation is a non-for-profit organization founded by a group of caring parents to give “A Better Community” to students and staff of District 25 by fostering innovation, creativity and excellence in our schools. Over the past 24 years, the foundation has raised and contributed over one million dollars to fund numerous projects and grants for District 25 which directly impact students and teachers!

Are you a member of the ABC/25 Foundation? If not, you’re missing out on an amazing way to support the D25 schools! Proceeds from the $40 family memberships go directly to fund grants that allow D25 teachers and staff to access tools and resources that aren’t available through curriculum budgets. Learn more about the wonderful things ABC/25 is doing in our community at www.abc25.org and become a member here! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Gina Faso at gmfaso@yahoo.com.

Each year, the ABC/25 Foundation grants $2,500 to all District 25 schools when 25% of the school’s families become members! Become a member today by clicking on this link!

Dryden Innovation Lab – Donations Needed!

Innovation Lab Website

The Innovation Lab in the LMC is now open for business! This will be a space that can be used by all classes and individual students interested in building and/or designing as a part of their Personalized Learning and/or classroom work. We are still in need of some items in order to make this space everything we are hoping it will be. Please send the items to school labeled Innovation Lab LMC and we will put them to use! Feel free to send in supplies throughout the year as you come across them- they will always be welcome. Thank you in advance for your supply donations!

Directory Spot

The Dryden Directory is up and running! All members have access, online and through the app. If you were a user in the past and kept your same email address at registration, you will just see the updated version. If you’re new or have a new address, please follow the instructions to set up your account. If you’ve lost access, it is possible that you didn’t renew your PTA membership, which you can do online HERE.

Questions? Contact Lauren Noble (lnoble@denalicap.com) about the Directory or Jillian Sheehan (jilliansheehan78@gmail.com) about Membership.
